In the email please include all of the following:
Name
Address (of where you want it shipped to)
Phone Number
Email Address
and
The name of the items you are interested in.
Once I have received the above information I will call you to verify and go over the payment methods.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Except... Once you have received the items, you have 5 days to contact me by phone if there was damage during shipping. I must have proof that the box was damaged by USPS (so don't throw away the box!). At that point I will gladly exchange the broken pieces for a new set. T-Shirts do not count.
